-NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS OR GIFT CARDS
-Requests for returns and exchanges must be received within 10 days of purchase
-We only refund items that are defective or damaged. The fit of the item does NOT apply to this
-However, bracelets that do not fit are eligible for an exchange or store credit
-To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and a receipt or proof of purchase is required
-Requests for returns and exchanges should be sent to email@example.com BEFORE mailing back any items. Pictures of the items must be included with the return/exchange request
-If the request is accepted, an approval code and return shipping label will be sent to the email provided, the customer DOES NOT have to pay for return shipping
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and you will receive another email after the item has been physically inspected
-If return/exchange is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or your new exchange item will be shipped within 5 days.
